With 13 years in luxury real estate and hundreds of homes sold, Sarah Hull has firmly secured her position as one of Durham Region’s top realtors. Following her rebrand and photoshoot, Sarah was ready to refresh her social media presence with full-time social media management. My objective was to showcase Sarah’s luxury portfolio and provide value to new and returning clients with a blend of educational and inspirational content.

RESULTS

Within the first three months of management, we increased reach by 11% on Instagram and 445% on Facebook, reaching a combined 99.7K accounts.

Working closely with photographers and graphic designers, I built an elevated, cohesive social media presence that felt fresh, without compromising Sarah’s recognizability in the community. As a local real estate authority, Sarah Hull’s social media is highly sought after and was often referred to as inspiration among social media clients.
