Strategy & Recruiting
In collaboration with the brand team, I developed an Influencer Marketing Playbook that informed our approach to recruiting, negotiating, and collaborating with influencers. This strategy has helped us to foster long-term relationships, generate authentic content, and build a loyal community around Sonder. In 2024, we’ve had successful partnerships with leading creators, such as Ethan Barber, Justine Snacks, and Frances Tiafoe.

Promo Code Program
In early 2024, we introduced a promo code program to improve conversions and continue scaling our influencer initiative. We worked alongside the revenue management and city teams to generate unique promo codes for each creator. This program has contributed to an 88% increase in bookings from the previous year, exceeding our revenue targets.
