e11ement is a new, Canadian-made skincare brand that was preparing to launch its hero product, a Face & Skin Spray that uses a natural formula to soothe and repair stressed-out skin. They wanted their social presence to generate brand awareness and to establish e11ement as trusted and effective in the beauty & wellness space. To pave the way for sustained growth, we tapped into a Millennial market with targeted engagement, strategic partnerships, and on-trend visuals.

THE RESULTS

In the two months following e11ement’s launch, we were able to grow a community of 200 customers, generate consistent sales, and achieve an engagement rate of 13.5%. By launching an ambassador program, we partnered with a number of Canadian skincare influencers to create user-generated content and reach new audiences. e11ement recently partnered with Oilee Skincare to be featured in their quarterly subscription service curated with oily skin in mind.
